Greek Traditional Dessert

Let’s talk about something wich I love doing, specially in summer. That is cooking and baking. I cook since I was little, so I think it will be nice to share some of my favourite recipes. It will be nice to start with a dessert of my country, rizogalo.

Ingredients

2 cups water

1L milk

1 cup rice

1/2 cup sugar

3 tablespoon corn flour

Directions

You put in the pot the water and let it to start getting warm, after that you put the rice and mix it a few times. When you see that almost all the water has gone put 1/3 of the milk in the pot. The rest mix it in a cup with the corn flour. The next step is to put the sugar in the pot and mix it until you can’t feel her. Last but not least, put the corn flour in. Now you can serve it in small bowl, if you want you can add a little bit of cinnamon on the top. You can eat it warn or cold. Enjoy !!!
